Because of the nature of the products we sell—many of which are categorized as personal care or hygiene items—we adhere to a strict return policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

1. Final Sale Policy

All products purchased through ABC Home Mobility are considered Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit once a purchase has been completed.

We strongly encourage you to review product specifications, dimensions, and compatibility requirements carefully before finalizing your order. If you have questions about whether a specific piece of equipment is right for your needs, please contact our team for assistance prior to purchase.

2. Rental & Subscription Policy

For customers utilizing our rental program or equipment subscriptions:

  • No Refunds on Initial Payments: Once a rental agreement is initiated or a subscription is purchased via our website, the transaction is final. We do not offer refunds for initial delivery fees, setup fees, or the first month’s rental/subscription payment.
  • Commitment: By completing your purchase online, you agree to the terms of the rental period. No prorated refunds will be issued if the equipment is returned earlier than the end of the agreed-upon billing cycle.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "incorrect fit," your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to facilitate a repair or replacement as per the manufacturer's warranty.

4. Hygiene & Safety Standards

Most of our equipment (such as bath safety products, cushions, and mobility aids) cannot be resold once they have entered a customer’s home due to health and safety regulations. This "No Return" policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, sanitary, and untampered equipment.
